Consumers have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must send ANNJULEE, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, a clear statement of their decision to withdraw by email or post, or by using the withdrawal form below.

Products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the customer has communicated their decision to withdraw, to the following address:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by any relevant accessories or packaging.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated by ANNJULEE.

Reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal decision. ANNJULEE may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until the customer has supplied proof of shipment, whichever is earliest.
